Installation Process

Bradley Stone has a 100,000 sq. ft. facility that includes an impressive tile and stone showroom and indoor slab warehouse containing more than 400 slabs of natural stone and quartz.

Bring your inspiration photos, drawings and designs, cabinet samples and layout, paint colors to your initial appointment with one of our nine design professionals who personally guide you through your selection process. During your selection appointment, you will tour the stone and tile showroom and slab warehouse to find the perfect material for your project.

Bradley Stone has a team of four templaters who will field measure your slab project digitally using lasers for optimum precision.

Upon approval of your contract, you will be contacted by our scheduling department to set up your template and installation dates. The following is required at your template appointment:

  • Cabinets must be installed
  • Sinks, faucets and appliances must be on site
  • Decision maker must be present to review and approve all details

Programming and Fabrication

Plan for a two-week turnaround time from template to install. During this time, your project will be programmed; and a digital photo layout will be sent to you for final approval prior to fabrication. Bradley Stone’s production facility is equipped with top-of-the line fabrication equipment such as: Baca Systems’ Robo Sawjet, a Dual Table Waterjet, 3 CNC Profiling machines; a 5 Axis CNC Saw; inline profiling polisher and a Slabsmith Station for digital slab layouts, all of which ensure the highest precision cuts. Our experience in working with some of the most delicate natural stones, as well as quartz and porcelain slabs, is complimented by the most advanced polishers and finishing machinery in the industry. Our craftsmen take great pride and care in working with each stone, creating a work of art for your home.

Your project will be installed by one of our six crews of stone installation professionals and is typically completed within one day, with the exception of certain circumstances, such as, but not limited to, full-height backsplashes, risers at breakfast bars, shower walls, fireplaces, etc.
